1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how the AlbumCleanTool iOS app (“AlbumCleanTool”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the app.

2. Information we access

With your permission, AlbumCleanTool may access:

• Photo Library — to scan categories (e.g. screenshots, videos, Live Photos), preview media, delete items you confirm, and export files you choose to an external folder/drive.
• Files / folders you select — only after you pick a destination via the system file picker (for export). Access is limited to the folder you authorize (security-scoped bookmark).
• App preferences — such as language choice and the saved export-folder bookmark, stored locally on your device.

3. Information we do not collect

• We do not create accounts or require sign-in.
• We do not upload your photos, videos, or filenames to our servers.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use your photo library for advertising.
• We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising (no App Tracking Transparency advertising tracking).

4. How on-device processing works

Scanning, duplicate detection, previews, deletion requests, and export writing are performed on your iPhone/iPad. Deletion always requires Apple’s system confirmation dialogs. Export writes to a destination you select.

5. Purchases

If you buy AlbumCleanTool Pro (yearly subscription with optional free trial, or lifetime unlock), payment is processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Apple may share limited purchase/entitlement information with the app (for example, whether a subscription or lifetime unlock is active) so we can unlock paid features on your device. Purchase history and billing support are managed through your Apple ID.

6. Third parties

AlbumCleanTool uses Apple system frameworks (Photos, Files, StoreKit, etc.). Your use of those system features is also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices. We do not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the current version described by this policy.

7. Data retention

Because photo processing happens on-device, we do not retain your photo library on our servers. Local preferences remain on your device until you delete the app or clear them.

8. Children’s privacy

AlbumCleanTool is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Do not use the app if you are under the applicable age.

9. Your choices

• You can deny or revoke Photos access in iOS Settings.
• You can clear a saved export folder path inside the app.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• You can delete the app to remove local preferences (this does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription).

10. International users

The app may be used worldwide. On-device processing remains on your device. If you contact us by email, that correspondence is processed to respond to your request.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

3. 我们不收集的内容

• 不强制注册账号、不要求登录。
• 不上传你的照片、视频或文件名到我们的服务器。
• 不出售个人信息。
• 不将相册用于广告投放。
• 不将你用于跨 App/网站的广告追踪。

4. 本地处理说明

扫描、重复识别、预览、删除请求与导出写入均在本机完成。删除会触发苹果系统确认弹窗。导出只会写入你选定的目标位置。

5. 购买

若你购买 AlbumCleanTool Pro（含可选免费试用的年订，或终身解锁），付款由苹果处理。我们不会收集或保存你的完整银行卡号。苹果可能向应用提供有限的购买/权益信息（例如订阅或终身解锁是否有效），以便在本机解锁付费功能。购买记录与账单相关支持通过你的 Apple ID 管理。

6. 第三方

本应用使用苹果系统能力（照片、文件、StoreKit 等）。你对系统功能的使用同时受苹果相关条款与隐私政策约束。当前版本未集成第三方统计分析或广告 SDK。

7. 保存期限

我们不在自有服务器保存你的相册内容。本机偏好设置会保留在设备上，直到你删除应用或自行清除。

8. 儿童隐私

本应用不以 13 岁以下儿童（或你所在地区的同等最低年龄）为目标用户。

9. 你的选择

• 可在系统设置中关闭相册权限。
• 可在应用内清除已保存的导出路径。
• 可在「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。
• 卸载应用可移除本机偏好数据（不会自动取消苹果订阅）。

10. 政策更新

我们可能更新本政策，并在文首更新日期。更新后继续使用即表示你同意更新后的政策。
