1. The service

AlbumCleanTool is a utility app that helps you review, organize, clean, and export items in your on-device Photo Library. Features may include category scanning, duplicate screenshot detection, preview, deletion (with system confirmation), and export to a user-selected folder or external drive.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AlbumCleanTool on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for backing up important photos and videos before deletion or export.
• Deletion is irreversible once confirmed through Apple’s system prompts and emptied from Recently Deleted (if applicable).
• You must only export content you have the right to copy.
• You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Photos permission & system dialogs

Some features require Photos access. You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings. Destructive actions such as deletion rely on Apple system confirmation UI; AlbumCleanTool cannot bypass those protections.

5. No warranty

AlbumCleanTool is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scans are complete/perfect or that export will succeed for every file (e.g. iCloud-only assets, disconnected drives, unsupported formats).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of photos, data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app—including deletions you confirm or failed exports.

7. Purchases, free trial & subscriptions

Some features (including bulk cleanup/deletion and drive export) may require a paid unlock (“AlbumCleanTool Pro”). Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card details.

• Yearly subscription — billed once per year at the price shown in the app for your App Store country/region. May include a 7-day free trial (introductory offer). After the trial, if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically and your Apple ID is charged.
• Lifetime unlock — a one-time non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• Prices may differ by country/region. The amount displayed by Apple at checkout is the amount you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or the in-app Manage Subscription control) at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can restore previous purchases on a device signed into the same Apple ID.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. On-device photo processing is a core design principle of AlbumCleanTool.

9. Changes & termination

We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or discontinue the app. You may stop using and delete the app at any time. Ending the app does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription—manage that in your Apple ID settings.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

2. 使用许可

我们授予你一项个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，供你在自己拥有或控制的苹果设备上使用本应用，并须同时遵守 App Store 条款与本协议。

3. 你的责任

• 删除或导出前，请自行备份重要照片与视频。
• 经系统确认的删除操作可能不可恢复（并从「最近删除」清空后彻底移除）。
• 你仅可导出你有权复制的内容。
• 你应遵守适用法律法规使用本应用。

4. 相册权限与系统弹窗

部分功能需要相册权限，你可随时在系统设置中关闭。删除等敏感操作依赖苹果系统确认界面，本应用无法绕过。

5. 免责声明

本应用按「现状」和「可用」基础提供，不提供任何明示或暗示保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权等。我们不保证扫描结果绝对完整/准确，也不保证所有文件均可成功导出（例如仅存在于 iCloud、硬盘断开、格式不支持等情况）。

6. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用本应用造成的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，以及照片/数据丢失、利润或商誉损失等不承担责任——包括你确认的删除或导出失败。

7. 购买、试用与订阅

部分功能（包括批量清理/删除、硬盘导出等）可能需要付费解锁（「AlbumCleanTool Pro」）。购买通过苹果 App Store / StoreKit 完成，我们不会获取你的完整银行卡信息。

• 年订：按你所在 App Store 国家/地区显示的价格每年计费一次；可能包含 7 天免费试用（介绍优惠）。试用结束前至少 24 小时未取消的，将自动续订并向你的 Apple ID 扣费。
• 终身解锁：一次性非消耗型购买，不是订阅，不会自动续费。
• 价格可能因国家/地区而异，以苹果结账页面显示金额为准。
• 订阅会自动续期，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时，在「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」（或应用内「管理订阅」）中取消。
• 可在同一 Apple ID 登录的设备上恢复购买。
• 退款由苹果按其退款政策处理。

8. 隐私

信息处理方式见 隐私政策。本应用以本地处理相册为重要原则。

9. 变更与终止

我们可能更新应用或本协议。更新后继续使用即视为接受。我们可能暂停或停止提供应用。你可随时停止使用并卸载。卸载应用不会自动取消苹果订阅，请在 Apple ID 订阅设置中管理。

10. 适用法律

本协议适用你居住地法律（强制性消费者保护规定优先），不考虑法律冲突规则。
